Taxi to Montréal–Trudeau Airport (YUL)

For a departure, provide the exact pickup address, requested time and a phone number. For an arrival, keep the phone used for ordering available and follow the meeting instructions provided for the terminal.

A flight number can help identify the trip, but it does not replace the pickup date and time. For another passenger, include that person’s name and number.

The YUL–downtown fixed fare applies only to the zone defined by the airport. For other addresses, use the Montreal neighbourhood or Greater Montreal city table as a daytime or nighttime reference.

The tables use indicative driving distances and exclude low-speed time. Enter the real addresses when ordering to see the available pricing option.

At a home, hotel or office, state the entrance or pickup area when the address has several access points. At YUL, use the location and instructions communicated for the order and stay reachable if the driver needs to clarify the meeting point.

Allow for the time needed to leave the building, handle luggage and reach the designated pickup area. A clear meeting point is more useful than a vague reference to the terminal or lobby.

State the number of passengers and describe the luggage. The planned-request form is intended for a sedan with up to four passengers and carry-on luggage. A larger vehicle must be requested explicitly and may have a different fare.

For a hotel pickup, include the establishment name, address and place where the passenger will wait. These details are useful for a planned departure, a return to YUL or a ride ordered for someone else.

Order online or call when the taxi is needed now. For a particular trip sent at least four hours ahead, use the special request with the addresses, time, passengers, luggage and flight number when relevant.

Sending the planned form does not confirm the ride. A driver reviews the details and communicates the conditions. Keep one request per ride and have any important change confirmed.
