Special request for a planned taxi trip
This form complements online ordering and the phone. It is for planned airport trips, long-distance rides, hotel returns or needs that call for direct review.
Request criteria
Send the request at least four hours before departure. The trip is planned in a sedan for up to four passengers, with carry-on luggage described in the form.
Information to provide
Pickup point, destination, date, time, name, phone, email, number of passengers, luggage, flight number when relevant and any useful details.

After you send it, a driver reviews the request and contacts you by phone. You can then clarify the final details and accept the proposed price.
Fixed price and prepayment
A fixed price may be proposed. For certain trips or requirements, the driver may request prepayment and send a secure online invoice. The requested deposit secures the transaction and is non-refundable.
Communication about your request
By sending the form, you agree that the necessary information may be shared with the driver reviewing the trip and that the driver may contact you by phone.
This form does not replace an immediate order

This separation keeps an immediate ride out of a queue intended for evaluation and gives the driver the addresses, time, passengers, luggage and useful conditions before reviewing the trip.
Before sending the request
Check the street number, street, city and local time. Enter up to four passengers for the sedan and describe carry-on luggage. If the pickup point or destination is a hotel, establishment or YUL, include its name.
Provide a phone number and email you monitor. The driver may contact you by phone only about this request to clarify the meeting point, price or a trip condition.
What happens after submission
The form sends the information for review. A driver checks the route and contacts you. The request becomes a confirmed transaction when the trip is accepted and the agreed conditions are met.
If the distance or requirements justify it, the driver may request prepayment and send a secure online invoice. The required deposit is non-refundable and must be paid to confirm that transaction.
Change an important detail
A change of address, time, stop, return, passengers or vehicle can change the proposal. Tell the driver before departure and ask for a new confirmation. Do not assume an initial fixed price automatically covers a different route.
