Terms of use and special requests

These terms explain how the MonTaxi site, ordering and contact links, and special-request form work. An external service may also present its own terms when you order or pay.

Online ordering and the phone are used to request an immediate ride. Depending on the path, the price may be set by the taximeter, presented by the technology used or agreed as a fixed price for a defined trip. An estimate published on the site is a planning reference, not a guaranteed price. The applicable amount depends on the actual trip and the pricing method clearly presented to the customer.

The special request must be sent at least four hours before pickup. It describes the pickup point, destination, schedule, passengers, luggage and trip requirements. Sending the form does not automatically confirm the ride. A driver reviews the information and communicates acceptance and the applicable conditions.

A fixed price corresponds to the addresses, stops, time, direction of travel, waiting, vehicle and other conditions communicated. The customer must review these details before accepting the proposal. A change to an address, schedule, stop, return, number of passengers or vehicle may result in a new proposal. Communicate the change before departure.

For certain distances or requirements, a driver may request prepayment and send a secure invoice. When this condition is presented, the transaction is confirmed after the requested payment. The MonTaxi form does not collect card numbers. Use only the secure path shown in the invoice you receive.

The number of passengers and the luggage must be described accurately. A minivan must be requested explicitly, and a different fare may apply depending on the vehicle proposed. Dangerous objects or items requiring specialized handling must not be added without explicit acceptance.
